Poland also hosts many castles which were once homes to those with extreme wealth, power, and influence. Poland has also been the birthplace of many cultural influences such as Fryderyk Chopin and Marie Curie.

The influence on today's Poland can be traced to the Middle ages and throughout the years of the countries existence. Although a modernizing country, Poland likes to hold on to their roots and traditions. Polish dancing can been seen it city streets during times of celebration in traditional wares. The architecture around the cities can be traced back to all of the European influences, most vivid are Gothic and Renaissance.
